Over the years, I’ve specialized in a variety of techniques, with a particular focus on Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) , where I am fully certified. My passion lies in creating a space where clients feel supported—whether they’re seeking relief from chronic conditions, recovering after surgery, or simply needing time to de-stress and reconnect with their body. In addition to MLD, I also offer Swedish massage for relaxation and H ot Stone Massage for relaxing, soothing relief. My goal is always to listen, adapt, and provide personalized care that helps you feel your best.  After nearly three decades in this field, I still believe there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone leave the table feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced.
